Bright room in 2-bed flat

My flatmate of 2.5 years is sadly moving back to Australia, so her room has become available in our gorgeous 2-bed flat next to the river.

The room is the largest of the two and comes furnished with a double bed, side tables, two large wardrobes and a chest of drawers. There is a large living room, kitchen, modern bathroom, and 6 balconies throughout the flat. We’ve really made our house a home during our time here. We’re surrounded by lovely parks as well as the Thames path where you can walk up to Tower bridge. The flat is also conveniently located between the jubilee and overground - 15 mins into Canary Wharf and 20 mins into Bank door to door.

About me:
I’m 30, originally from Australia but have called London home for 2.5 years. I work full time in the city as a marketing manager, so have a regular 9-5 schedule during weekdays (with 1 day working from home). On the weekends I love to go for park walks, meet up with friends/family, brunch, and gym. I have an adorable toy cavapoo named Penny who lives with us in the flat, so being ok with dogs is essential. She’s really chill and available for cuddles and play.

About you:
I’m looking for someone like-minded, who will treat this place as a home, is clean/tidy, loves dogs (as you’ll also be living with Penny), and would be down to have a movie night every now and then. You must have a full time job, with regular hours during the week.

Details:
The room is available initially for 6 months as I plan to move out to buy after that, but there is an opportunity to take over the lease and stay longer after this. Bills are not included and will come to around 180-190 per month (council tax, electricity, water, internet). We also get a cleaner once a month which will need to remain mandatory.
