Furnished double room in a friendly all girls split level flat in Bermondsey, inclusive of all bills.

Available from mid December (ideally from 10 December 2024 but with some flexibility if required).

The room itself is bright and spacious with a full sized double bed complete with under bed storage. Also included are 3x in-built wardrobes as well as a shelving unit and a full length mirror. The space is provided with a sizeable desk with additional drawers for storage and a chair for home working. Broadband is included and there is a specific booster for upstairs.

The open plan kitchen/living room is large and has plenty of storage space with a large fridge freezer, a washer/dryer, and a dishwasher.

There is additionally a large comfy sofa alongside a tv which is great for movie nights as well as a separate seating area with a dining table and chairs perfect for entertaining.

The flat also comes with outside space in the form of balcony.

The upstairs bathroom has a toilet, sink, and shower with amazing water pressure and is shared between three as the downstairs room is an en-suite.

There is a cleaner, approx. £16 per fortnight, split across all housemates (so around £16 per month each).

My current flatmates are all a lovely group of girls working M-F and are looking for someone friendly, tidy, and sociable to join them :)
