The room is a large, sunny, double bed with an en suite. It comes with bedroom furniture and a Brook & Wilde super king bed/matress. Big shower in the ensuite and large vanity. 42" TV in your room.

I will pay the broadband and service charge (and ground rent of course), all other bills split. Council Tax is £220 per month (so £110 ea),

Very much hoping to get a relatively responsible professional who doesn't mind their flatmate being absent for the majority of the time. The place has served as my home for 5 years, and its a really great place to live with the great Bermonsey St and Maltby St market only mins away,
