My lovely flatmates are moving out to live with partners/be closer to family so I’m looking for flatmates to fill the two rooms from the 13th of December (for a 1 year fixed term contract).

Flat is located behind The Shard/ London Bridge Station (10-15 minutes walk from London Bridge station) and 5 minutes walk to Bermondsey High Street.

Description:
- large open kitchen and lounge space
- 1 toilet and 1 bathroom
- Ground floor and a basement
- All rooms are located in the basement
- ⁠Gated complex with a full time concierge

Bills range between £100-£160 per month depending on heating costs

Room 1:

This is the largest room in the flat.

Rent: £1100 per month
Holding Deposit: £95 (to be refunded after credit check)
Deposit: 5 weeks rents

Room 2:

This is the smallest room in the flat.

Rent: £950
Holding deposit: £95 (to be refunded after credit checks)
Deposit: 5 weeks rent

A little bit about me!

I’m a 30 year old professional working in the city.
I’m an outgoing person with an active social life outside of the flat, but I also enjoy a quiet evening in with a good book. I’d love to live with likeminded people who would want to live in a sociable, clean and considerate house. I work in the office 5 days a week with an occasional working from home day here and there.

Previous flatmates have been a mix of working from home or in the office so I’m easy. I’ve been lucky that the flat has always felt like a home for 2 years and I would like to maintain that with whoever’s moving in.
