We have an ensuite (£1100) coming up towards the end of the month.

You’ll be joining Bala, Patrick, Nick and Mila, all young professionals who alternate days WFH.

The property is large, being a duplex over two floors of Marden Sq—Bermondsey, and benefits from a garden.

This room is excellent having been recently renovated, offering loads of storage space rent includes all utilities and council tax.

Additionally we also have two other bathrooms which were alos recently re-fitted.

The cleaner covers all of the shared areas alternative weeks - but you'll be expected to keep the room well kept.

The shared areas are well appointed - the kitchen extends onto a dining area with a TV, which then leads to a large garden, with additional communal green space behind as well.

We are less than a 5 minute walk to Bermondsey Station and Southwark Park is just over the road.

The Arch climbing wall and Pure Gym are also minutes away, Bermondsey offers a great selection of food and drink options especially on the weekends with various markets on.

Ill be available to meet with people possible from Saturday 23rd but certainly from Monday 25th
