I’m looking for a responsible, clean, and tidy female professional to take over my current rental. I’ve lived in this flat for over two years and, sadly, I’m leaving as I need to return to Korea. This flat has been by far the best I’ve lived in out of the five flats I’ve had in the UK! It’s in a fantastic location, close to Maltby Street and Bermondsey Street, which are filled with great restaurants, bars, cute cafes, and of course, the famous Bermondsey Beer Mile. I also loved going for runs or walks in nearby Southwark Park. Honestly, the location is the best!

Contract Details:
* 9-month lease (Jan - Sep 2025), with the possibility of it ending in Sep 2025 if the landlady decides to sell the flat.
* Deposit: £1,326.92
* Rent: £1,150/month (excluding bills – council tax, WiFi, gas, and water, which usually total less than £200 per person).
* Move-in date: Saturday, 4th January 2025

You’ll be sharing the flat with Iliana, a clean, quiet, and friendly professional. She works from home on Tuesdays and Fridays and goes into the office on other days. She’s been the best flatmate I’ve ever had!
