Furnished double room - Bermondsey / London Bridge

I am sadly leaving the country and looking for someone to replace me in this amazing flat.

Location:
- by the Thames river
- 5 minutes walk to Bermondsey underground station (Jubilee line)
- 10 minutes walk to Bermondsey Street, Potters Fields, Southwark Park, Tower Bridge
- 15 minutes walk to London Bridge Station (rail, jubilee and northern line)
- Easy commute to the City, West and East London

Plenty of shops, bakeries, cafés, gyms, restaurants and markets nearby. Overall, the neighbourhood is a great mix between lively and residential.

The flat itself is on the top floor of the building with great views of the city. Comes fully furnished. Rent is £1000/month and bills on top come out to be around £200/month (including wifi, council tax, water and electricity). I am hoping to find someone who can take over the contract from the 16th of December, though there is flexibility with the move-in date.

The contract is with Dexter's and ends in August 2025, with the possibility to extend.

You would be sharing with a lovely girl in her late 20s who works as a product developer and enjoys cooking, music, reading, arts, wine and travelling.
