Central location: The flat is in zone 2, just a 10-minute walk from Bermondsey (Jubilee Line) Tube station and a 12-minute walk from Canada Water (Jubilee Line and Overground) station. It's also close to many buses that can take you straight to central London and surrounding areas.

Very spacious and bright room: The room furnished with a double bed, large double mirror door wardrobe, and a sofa. Optional furniture includes TV table, chest of drawers, bedside stand, shelving unit and a desk large enough for 2 monitors, and can be extended to give even more desk space.
Shared areas: The flat has a decent size kitchen with everything you need to cook and eat, including a washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, toaster, and a variety of pans, pots, and cutlery. There's also a shared bathroom with a toilet and sink, and a separate shower room. As well as a balcony where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air.

Friendly and sociable flatmates: The current flatmates are all working professionals who are busy but always make time to socialise. We enjoy getting together for brunch in the neighbourhood when possible, or just catching up over a glass of wine or cup of tea at home.
