Sub Let at riverside flat in Bermondsey

I am going travelling for 6 months from the end of January until the start of August. So looking for someone to take over my room while I'm away. My landlord has agreed and you will paying him directly. There is a possibility for extension!

I live with 2 lovely guys who enjoy playing board games and doing things as a house, but also respect that you need space. We have a decent sized shared living room, a kitchen and a bathroom with a stand alone shower. We also have a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

We share bills which come out at around £90 a month which includes Council Tax (band C) and internet.

We have a decent landlord who lives in Bristol and mostly leaves us be, and usually is quick sort out maintence issues.

The flat is in amazing location, opposite the river and a lovely pub called the Angel. It is about 5 minute walk one way to Bermondsey Tube Station (Jubliee line zone 2), and about a 10 minute walk to Rotherithe Overground station. There are also lots of buses nearby (47, 381, 188, C10 and P12). There is a row of shops under a 5 minute walk including a Sainsbury's Local and Surrey Quays shopping centre is about 20 minute walk with a Tesco Extra. You can walk to Tower Bridge in about 30-40 minutes along the river and Southwark Park is under a 5 minute walk away.

Since I will be travelling I would prefer to leave as much stuff behind as possible. The room currently has the below stuff in it.
