Double room to rent by London Bridge

Double room in a lovely, sunny 3 bed maisonette in Bermondsey. Nearest stations are London Bridge and Borough, both 10 min walks away. Move-in date is February 1st latest (can accommodate 28th Jan onwards), and we'll be holding viewings 4th-6th January and 14th-16th January.

Bills are shared and come to around £85 each a month. The deposit is one month's rent. The contract is per room (rather than per household) and you'll sign for 6 months initially, after which it moves to a rolling basis. The room comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. We also have a shared living room.

You'll have two flatmates, one (23) working in advertising, and one (26) working for the civil service. We're also both poets - so other creatives v welcome!!

We're looking for a new flatmate who is open & considerate & independent. We love our home - and we'd like someone who'll enjoy helping us maintain it and also join the laid-back friendly atmosphere. We're not into holding parties, but we love having friends over for dinner or to stay.

Accessibility: the entrance to the flat is on the third floor of a communal estate, with no lift. There is then one set of stairs inside the flat.
