Hey there! I’m moving out of this lovely house share and looking for someone to take over my room. It’s a spacious, bright room in a fun and friendly house with three awesome Australian females. The girls are working professionals who are easy-going, clean, and always up for making new friends!

The house:
Cozy, clean, and well-maintained space.
Modern kitchen with all appliances and plenty of shared living space.
Lovely garden and balcony to enjoy on sunny days.
Excellent transport links (5 mintue walk from Bermondsey tube station and 20 mintue walk from London Bridge)
Great vibe with a mix of chill evenings and the occasional social hangout.

The room:
Spacious and comes part furnished (you’ll have plenty of room to make it your own).
Plenty of natural light and storage space.

The rent:
£750 per month, Bills not included.
£750 deposit (refundable at the end of the tenancy).
Reference checks are required.
We’re looking for someone who’s respectful, tidy, and friendly. Ideally, someone who enjoys a relaxed, social environment but also values personal space when needed.
