All bills included. Except council tax (band D) are included. In the UK each person is responsible for their own council tax. This would come to approx extra £20 PW. If a couple want to rent the room the rent would be an extra £50 PW so bringing the rent to £325 per week.

The kitchen has all that you need: air fryer, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine and dishwasher. large 5 ring gas hob cooker, fridge/freezer, The Kitchen table can accommodate 6 people. Downstairs is open plan, with a large L shaped sofa that can also accommodate 8 people.

There is sunny and spacious with a small patio area accessible through the French windows. A great place for your morning coffee. There is a sauna in the patio, but at the time of writing this is unfortunately currently out of action.

The House has great transport links. 15 mins from Bermondsey Tube (Jubilee line) 20 mins from London Bridge, train, tube and bus stations. Three bus stops all less than a minute from the house. These benefits plus the estate is a quiet sanctuary of pedestrian walkways so free from loud traffic noise.

Bermondsey Spa is a vibrant area boasting 26 Microbreweries dotted along the "Bermondsey mile" 15 of these are situated on 2 streets you pass on the way to Bermondsey Tube.

You are very close to the major tourist attractions with Tower Bridge and the Tower of London less than a 15 minute walk from the house.
