I am glad to let you know we are living in a spacious 2 bedroom duplex flat in the heart of bermondsey. The flat has a double room and another more double room bigger then the first one where you there are two double beds at the moment, 3 wardrobes and still having space to put in another double as well. The house is completely furnished and is on the top floor 4-5th. The balcony sits completely isolated from other apartments providing total privacy. There is a double door fridge, dish washer, washing machine and dryer as well.

Nearest bus stand, market and south bermondsey over ground is 5 minutes walk. London bridge is next stop from south bermondsey over ground. Nearest tube station is bermondsey or canada water 15-20 minutes walk. Couldn't put in all pictures of the house here.

This is a tenancy take over. We have tenancy until 13th December 2025. The leftover tenancy is 11 months and then it can be extended dealing with letting agency which is super cool and cooperative.

The rent is 2250/month and the deposit is 2812. The house is not available as a room.
