Small double in Bermondsey

Hey,

We have a small double available from end of Jan or early Feb 2025 (date to discuss).

Some details about the flat and bedroom:
- flat is furnished, incl the bedroom (as seen in the picture). there’s a folding table (see the picture) to sell if interested with a small price
- deposit is £750 is to pay to the flatmate who leaves
- flat is to share with 3 flatmates - all professionals. one of them works from home 2-3 days a week.
- bills are excluded which is range from 80-150 per month (especially on winter)
- there’s a cleaning rota so no cleaning bill
- rent is to pay every end of the calendar month as it is due on 1st
- bathroom has a bathtub and a toilet inside
- massive living room with open kitchen, i really love spending my evening here. bonus — you can spot london eye and the shard from here (meaning you can spend new year in the living room watching the live fireworks show from london eye)
- no pets and smoking is considered if you can do it outside
- gas hob and oven are working well (we love cooking!)
- there’s a washing machine.

Transports - very convenient:
- Bermondsey station is 10 mins away
- Bus 1, 318, and P12 ( 1 min and 4 mins away) take you to Waterloo, Elephant and Castle, Peckham, Canada Water, Surrey Quays, Brockley Rise
- Bus 53, 453, and 172 (15mins away) take you to more destinations.

Shops:
- Tesco small, Poundland, Savers, Iceland, and local shops (incl. butcher) - around 5 mins away
- Asda, currys and big tesco - around 15 mins away
- Local coffee shops
