Double Room in Bermondsey Zone 2

Double room in a 4 bedroom flat available for rent from the 16th of January but dates can be a bit flexible!

I'm moving out of my room after 2,5 years as I'm moving in with friends and to a different location to accommodate my work so I'm looking for a replacement before the end of January. The contract is for one year however after 3 months you are allowed to move out if you'd like but you just need to find a replacement like I'm doing now so it's quite flexible! The price is all inclusive apart from the cleaner that comes every two weeks and that costs £8 per tenant. All together you'd still pay just under £1000.

The room:
> Comfy double bed,
> Ton of storage space - two built in wardrobes that have a mixture of shelves and rails to hang clothes as well as drawers.
Set of shelves (bookcase style) above the desk that also has drawers and a small cupboard attached. Two more cupboard above the bed plus two drawers under the bed.
> Full body mirror on the wall plus another full body mirror inside one of the wardrobes.
> USB ports with the normal sockets on the wall so you can charge devices with USB and no need for an adapter.
> Hardwood floor.

The flat:
> Spacious kitchen with lots of storage space.
> TV that includes Netflix.
> Small balcony.
> 1 bathroom upstairs with sink, shower and toilet plus one more toilet downstairs. One of the bedrooms is ensuite so you'd only be sharing the bathroom and toilet with the other 2 tenants. Also the tenant in the room downstairs mainly uses the toilet outside his room and only goes upstairs to shower so you'd mostly be sharing the bathroom upstairs with 1 tenant.
> Newly replaced washing machine.
> Dishwasher.
> Communal storage space next to the washing machine and shelves upstairs outside of the rooms.
> Landlord is very responsive and any issues that we've had were addressed quickly.

Area:
The flat is located right behind southwark park road and has everything you could possibly need 2-3 minute walk away such as multiple grocery stores (Tesco, Iceland, Nisa Local, Poundland), post office, pubs, cafes, hair salon, nail salon, charity shops. Bermondsey tube station (jubilee line) is a 10-15 minute walk away depending how fast you walk! There's also South Bermondsey station (southeastern train) only just under 8-10 minute walk away. Anchor street bus stop is 1-2 minutes walk away where you can get bus 1 towards Hampstead Heath and it passes through Elephant and Castle as well as Waterloo, Holborn and Camden. Bus 381 also passes from that stop and goes towards Peckham. There's more bus options (78, 188, 47, C10) only 10-15 minute walk away as well.
The flat is also only a 25 minute walk to Tower Bridge and 30-35 minute to London Bridge which I love as I often like to walk there especially in the summer and I can easily walk back home and avoid transport.

Flatmates:
The flatmates are currently all male professionals in their mid to late twenties. All very chill that like to have a chat in the kitchen and catch up or talk about the latest movies etc. They're very friendly and easy to talk to if you need any help!
