Hi All!

I have two double rooms available on March the 1st in Bermondsey as sadly my current flatmates are planning on moving out. I've really enjoyed living in this house and I'm hoping to find the right people to join me for at least another year!

The large bedroom will be £1050 a month (£950 per month until 25/05/25) and comes with a bed, desk and large wardrobe.

The medium bedroom will be £1000 a month (£900 per month until 25/05/25) and comes with a bed, desk and smaller corner wardrobe. Apologies for the lack of photos of this room, I'll update the listing with some as soon as possible.

About the house:
• 3 double bedrooms
• 1 bathroom
• 1 downstairs toilet
• A large living/dining room, with TV and PlayStation 2!
• A large separate kitchen
• A garden, it does need a little work to get in order.

About the location:
• 5 minutes walk from Bermondsey underground station
• 10 minutes walk from Southwark park
• Great shops and takeaways nearby (24/7 shops and a big Sainsburys)
• 10 minutes walk to the river
• Some of the best pubs nearby!
• 10 minutes away from Malty St market

The bills come to around £150 per month each and we pay around £35 each per month for a fortnightly clean.

You'll be living with myself, a 28 year old research engineer working in sustainability (carbon capture) for a startup. Outside of work I'm keen on cooking, gigs, travelling, climbing (there's a great wall round the corner) and I'm trying my best to learn Spanish!

Personally, its really important for me to live in a social house with chilled people who are keen to hang out and make the place a little more than somewhere to sleep.

The current contract ends on the 25/05/25 and I'm in the process of negotiating the rent for house following this date. The prices on the listing reflect the rent after this date which is why the rent until this date is cheaper.
