Room Available In Bermondsey

Hi there,
Our flatmate is relocating so a room will become available in our 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms flat.

It's a nice area: nice cafes and Southwark Park just 5 minutes walk away.

Well connected with Central London: the flat is 7 minutes walk from Bermondsey tube station, 15 minutes walk from both Surrey Quays overground station and South Bermondsey + multiple bus stops just in front our flat.
We’ve also got a nice patio which is ideal to enjoy the (rare) sunny days.

We’re looking for a third female flatmate, ideally a professional, to join us for a long term tenancy (not a sublet).
We’re a friendly household where everyone is respectful of each other’s personal space. Not many requirements just a nice and clean person.
Bills are not included but they round up to an average of £140 per month (water, utility bill, council tax + wifi).
