Single room available in Zone 2

Hello all,

A single room available in an apartment in Zone 2. 20 mins walk from Tower Bridge and 15 mins walk from Bermondsey Tube station (Jubilee Line).

Rent is £730 pcm bills included (except for gas)

The Gas is managed through a shared top-up system, where each tenant contributes £20 on a rotating basis.

The room is furnished and comes with an extra bedside table and a small cupboard which belongs to me. If needed I can leave them in the room for free.

The apartment has a kitchen, bathroom and a separate toilet. There's no communal lounge or dining area.

The best thing about this apartment is the location. It's very easy to get to central London and other areas. There's a garden access and the room has a view to the garden as well.

The contract for this room lasts till September 30th 2025, after that you can move or choose to stay.
