We are looking for a new flatmate.
Our house is recently refurbished, has a smart TV, a sizeable terrace with a new BBQ open for all residents to use and a large living room.
The room itself is well equipped, with a large wardrobe, desk, and plenty of space for storage and personal effects. We are very open to allowing you to decorate the room in whatever way you wish (painting, nailing picture frames into the wall etc).
As a flat, we enjoy socialising with each other but also are very happy to do our own thing. Two of us work, in the City, and another one is has just finished their bachelors degree and is an art dealer.
Bills included, two bathrooms.
