We are looking for a new flatmate.
Our house is recently refurbished, has a smart TV, a sizeable terrace with a new BBQ and a large living room - all open for everyone's use.
The room itself is well equipped, with a large wardrobe, desk, and plenty of space for storage and personal effects. We are open to allowing you to decorate the room in whatever way you wish (painting, hanging picture frames etc.).
As a flat, we enjoy socialising with each other but also are very happy to do our own thing. We are all young professionals, working in London: one of us is a mechanical engineer, one works for an art gallery and one works as a hostel manager nearby.
There are two showers and two toilets, arranged as follows:
- 1 WC with only a toilet
- 1 Bathroom with a toilet and shower
- 1 Bathroom with only a shower
Bills are fully included.
