• Available: From 14th of December to 28th of January
(Flexible dates within this range)
• Rent: £235/per week (includes all bills: Wi-Fi, water, gas, electricity, council tax)
• Deposit: £450 (refundable)
The contract of the house ends on the 28th of January and the rest of the flatmates are planning to extend. This is an opportunity for you as well to potentially be included in the contract after the sublet. If not, the flatmates will have to do viewings to find someone else.
