Just above the bermondsey beer mile and all the Saturday markets (fresh bread, coffee, fish, meat, veg cheese just minutes from the flat). A few minutes more and you have one of the best walks by the river in london.

Private landlord with good comms. Current tenants are two male civil servants, you would be taking my room as I'm finally moving in with my partner.

Flatmates are friendly and sociable, but definitely not party animals. Would ideally suit a professional with interests in politics, history, culture, sport etc.

Note that this is taking over the last 2 months of my part of the contract. The contract is for the whole flat, not individual rooms and it finishes August 9th and the other two current housemates are leaving then. Landlord is private and any further tenancy would be subject to negotiation. (In the past when rooms have opened up we've found new roomates on this site to make it easy for the landlord, we do get a sweet deal here!)

The room itself has a great view. It's small but has a double bed, room for a desk and plenty of storage with the ottoman bed plus large cupboards (see pics).
