About us
We are 3 professionals (late-twenties) who have lived in the house since September, sadly our flat mate of 2 years will be moving out and so we are looking for 1 new tenant to take over an upstairs room FROM SEPTEMBER 1ST. All Bills are included (gas, electric, water, tv licence, gardener) except council tax and Wi-Fi which comes to an extra £50 in total (two of us manage both of these for the house😇). Licenced house. Deposit protection scheme used. The landlords are absolutely amazing and support us with anything we or the house needs incredibly quickly!
We are three males but anyone is welcome to apply!
As a flat we have become great friends and so ideally we would love another social flat mate who enjoys chilling with us, going to the pub here and there, maybe the odd night out, and is just easy going and a laugh.
About the house
Bedroom: double bedroom, double-glazed, curtains, desk, shelving, double wardrobe, side-table all inc.
Kitchen: Fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine & tumble dryer, toaster, oven/hob, kitchen table for hosting meals.
Bathroom: Power shower, sink, toilet. Additional downstairs toilet (both recently refurbished).
Lounge: Bookshelf, side-table, TV, additional cupboard space all inc. *ADDITIONAL DOUBLE SOFA-BED FOR GUESTS*
Garden: small patio at the rear via kitchen access, main garden at front of house (fenced from public access).
Parking: Requires resident permit (right outside the house). Free on weekends for non-residents/guests.
The house itself (newly refurbished within the last three years) is located perfectly (walking distance to Bermondsey Street) with bus stops to both central and Waterloo right outside the house. Bermondsey tube station only a 12 minute walk, with plenty of amenities, gyms and shops all on our doorstep! (Bigger outlets such as Lidls, ASDA’s, B&M, Curry’s as well as numerous cafes, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance)!
