2 Bed Maisonette in Bermondsey (1st&2nd floor)

Double bed room available on the 1st floor within a 2 bed 2 story maisonette.

Room is furnished with 2 sets of 4 drawers & a large storage cupboard with a hang rail.

Currently housed by myself, I stay in the 2nd floor mezzanine bedroom that over looks the living room.

Bathroom is shared & is situated on the 2nd floor. It features a bath&shower combo. Our shared washing machine is also in the bathroom. There is also a large shared storage area sited behind the bathroom.

Additional storage - loft access.

Potential candidate must be comfortable with dogs. Candidates with a dog would also be considered. Couples would also be considered at a +£150 surcharge.

Although the house has a small kitchen there is an under counter fridge freezer & a freestanding pantry for food storage. In addition to this under the stairs there is a large freestanding fridge freezer & a 3rd chest freezer sited next to a 2nd wooden pantry for storage of household cleaning supplies.

The living room space is shared we have a 3-piece sofa as well as a 2-piece sofa, a television, soundbar & games console for entertainment. We also have a 6 seat dining table collapsed in storage for when any friends or family of our own or yourself decide to visit.
