Single room in a 3 bed garden flat with parking

We have a 3 bed garden flat in a quiet area of Bermondsey just off the main road. Near burgess park, restaurants, the river and the big Tesco, lots of transport links.
Joe and I are looking for someone nice to live with.
I do have an extremely friendly cat called Erik.
I’m pretty chill and clean. Working as a massage therapist and part time in a pub.
If you have any questions, fire away.
Joe is working in construction and generally chill and quiet.
As the room is a single you’re more, than welcome to have a desk or a shelf in the living room.
We are pretty flexible to make sure we are all happy with everything.
Our neighbours are also lovely, we know a couple of them next door and around the corner.
The bills come to £112/month at the moment and we are not expecting a rise anytime soon.
