Need one flatmate near Bermondsey station

Note: we need to confirm someone ASAP.

I'm Axel, and one of my flatmates is moving out since he got a job in another city. The remaining flatmate (Vikram) and I are very keen on staying in the same flat, hence we're looking for a replacement flatmate.

I'm Swedish and Vikram is Indian. We're both 25 years old, have graduated from MSc Economics at LSE, and are now working (I promise, knowledge of Economics is NOT a prerequisite to live with us).

The official move-in date is 2nd September, but you can likely move in earlier if necessary.

Rent is £1000 + bills around £100 per month (tax band B), which is hard to beat in central London. The location is unbelievable, it's a 1 minute walk to Bermondsey station (one stop from London Bridge). The Jubilee line has night tube.

We have Tesco and Sainsbury's 5 mins away. We also highly recommend visiting Southwark Park. Gyms are near too.

We have a living room with a TV. In the kitchen, we have an air fryer, rice cooker, toaster, and (obviously) microwave. We also have a dishwasher. The landlord is also very nice.

Please note, there is only one bathroom, which is shared amicably.

The ideal flatmate is tidy and sociable. We enjoy a clean living space. On a Friday night, we might order food and watch a movie, head to the pub, or go for a movie, etc. We occasionally host parties, e. g., for birthdays or major holidays.

Any gender is acceptable. Students are acceptable, although we expect you to contribute to paying council tax (which is low).
