Peaceful Bedroom with Ensuite in Spacious Flat

Hi there! We're looking to rent out the master bedroom in our gorgeous home (2B2B). The flat is on the second floor of a new building.

The place will be available from 10 Aug to mid-Sept. Flexible with dates but preferably one tenant to take the place for most of the duration it's available.

We are two 26 year olds who work in consulting/tech related fields. In our free time we exercise plenty with runs, tennis, and football all over London. In the flat, we cook most of our meals and enjoy nights around the TV/sofa. I will be out of the country so my room is available. I will leave space in the closet and desk so you can feel at home during your stay.

Security deposit will be £500 unless the stay is 1 week or less, under which the full cost will be paid upfront and a security deposit is waived. Bills are included.

The ideal person would be a working professional in London who enjoys exercising and is CLEAN. No preference for male/female as long as they are clean, no visitors allowed. - Flat is next to a school but it's currently the summer break
