I’ve been living in this flat for the past 3 years and am looking for a new flatmate as my current roommate is moving in with their partner.

It’s a really nice, quiet new-build flat in a secure apartment complex with multiple fob-access doors, while still being very central:

* 10 min walk to Bermondsey station
* 5 min walk to Tower Bridge
* 15 min walk to London Bridge station
* Santander Cycles stand right outside
* Very quiet despite being so central
* Price includes council tax + estimated bills
* Literally 2 minute walk from cafés, co-op, stores, restaurants

**Your room**

* Double/twin-size bed
* Your own private bathroom with bathtub (not ensuite, but completely yours)

**The flat**

* Shared living room with balcony
* Washer/dryer
* Dishwasher
* Private secure underground parking
* Porter on-site who can collect packages
* No gas bill
* No water bill

I’m ideally looking for someone sociable who enjoys going out but keeps things pretty relaxed at home. I don’t really want to just share a kitchen and living room with someone. It’d be nice to actually get along, hang out and have a laugh together, and have a few drinks every now and then :P

I’m into rock climbing, travelling, making music, product design, photography and film, among other things. I’m happy having people over for a few drinks within reason and generally love meeting new people. I don’t smoke, but there’s a balcony off the living room if you do.
