The room has an attached private balcony with a roof. Based on the direction of the room, you will get a good amount of sunlight in autumn and winters which is also when you need it the most. Also, the since the balcony has a roof, the balcony remains unaffected by rain. 


The kitchen is spacious and has plenty of storage space. The house also comes with a dehumidifier to help manage humidity levels and prevent issues related to dampness and mould. A vaccum cleaner (hoover) is also provided for the tenants.


A cleaner has also been assigned to clean the communal areas fortnightly (Not the bedrooms).

It well connected to the nearby tube stations - a 5 to 8 minute walk to Bermondsey station, 10min walk to Canada water station (Jubilee line) and 12-13 min walk to Surrey Quays (Overground station). Traveling to central London couln’t be easier. The flat is also very well connected by bus with bus stations in each direction.
