En-suite room just off Bermondsey Street

Looking for someone to join me in our gorgeous 2-bed, 2.5-bath flat just off Bermondsey Street. My flatemate's moving in with her girlfriend (rude...), so I'm looking for someone to take her spot at the end of our tenancy and renew with me for another year (until Oct 2026).

The bedroom is en-suite, gets loads of natural light and has a massive private balcony. It comes furnished with a bed, mattress, and wardrobe (being purchased). Most of the other funiture is owned by the girls.

Upstairs is an open-plan kitchen, diving and living area, and opens onto a second shared balcony. We are located just off Bermondsey Street so the location is ideal, and are a short walk from London Bridge, Borough and Elephant & Castle.

I'm looking for someone who wants more than just a room, treats the flat like a home, keeps it clean and is keen for an after work drink from time to time. I work from the office Mon-Fri, like to have quite social weekends, but also one who needs some 'me' time. Definitely got a slight preference to someone who's LGBT as I'm a gay boy but open to all (except the homophobes...)

Move in dates are also quite flexible, so i've put mid/late Sept down provisionally.
