This will be a tenancy take over as we are moving to be closer to work. The flat gets lovely sunlight and has a separate dining room. It will be professionally cleaned before you move in. The deposit for all rooms will be £800 I couldn’t put this in on spare room. Technically each room is £700 but we have altered this depending on size- this is why the deposit for each room is £800.
