Bright living room with sofas and dinning table, kitchen with ample storage comfortable to cook in. Main bathroom with shower & tub, secondary toilet as well. Plenty of extra storage around the flat.

The flat is super well located within 15mins from Bermondsey tube, 5 mins away from Old Kent Road with big Asda and other shops! Less then 10 min walk to South Bermondsey for the overground. 15/20min bus to Elephant & Castle and London Bridge. Lots of bus routes on main road as well.

Flat rent total is £2800 and deposits are 5 weeks rent. Bills not included averaging £130pp.

About me; I'm 25 been living in the flat for past year. Enjoy the quietness of area but ease for commute. I work in hospitality so am often out the house in the day, works for anyone who might want to WFH. I'm clean and tidy and enjoy socialising with housemates when am around.
