I have a furnished flat to let, six minutes walk from Bermondsey Jubilee line station. It is very close to the river, Southwark Park and a large Tesco. There are other shops and restaurants nearby. In the park there are tennis courts, playing fields, a children's' playground and a large pond.

The maisonette is located on the second, top, floor without a lift.

In the flat there are two double bedrooms, a single bedroom, a large living room with a balcony. The flat was used by a family and currently there are three double beds and the small bedroom was used as an office.

There is a toilet and bathroom, and an additional toilet.

One can be in Canary Wharf or London Bridge very quickly by Tube, in the City by walking or taking the bus. In about 20-30min walk one can be at London Bridge.

Recently, the floors have been replaced, along with the gas boiler and the walls were painted.

The Council Tax, Service Charges and fast internet are included in the price. Water, gas and electricity are extra.

4-5 min away I am renting a garage which I could make available to you if needed.
