1 spare room available in a stylishly renovated 3-bedroom house in Bermondsey, SE1.

We are renting out 1 single room with desk and wardrobe (and view of the garden) for up to 1-year. LGBTQ preferred.

We are live-in landlords and are a friendly married male gay couple. The house is freshly renovated (in summer 2025) and includes use of kitchen, living room and a garden. The house has an upstairs bathroom (with bath / shower) and 2 separate toilets (upstairs and downstairs).

It is a 3-bed house and we already have 1 male tenant in a double room so there will be 4 people living here in total.

Bermondsey is a vibrant part of London with Maltby Street market and the ‘beer mile’ with dozens of independent breweries all within walking distance. Borough Market, London Bridge, Canada Water and the restaurants and bars of Elephant & Castle are all nearby.

Bermondsey is well served for shops, cafes, restaurants and gyms with Southwark Park Rd a 5 minute walk away and an extremely large Tesco and Asda 10 minutes walk away on the Old Kent Road.
