Description
We're looking for a new flatmate to join our flat on the Old Kent Road. The room comes with its own ensuite and is available now :)
3rd floor facing the road with a keypad door to the building. Looking for someone to resign with the other tenants into another year contract.
You’ll be living with two easy-going working professionals:
Gabe is an English lad who works in tech at a startup.
Nick is a Spanish lad working as a lettings agent locally.
Both currently work from the office but WFH is fine.
It’s a relaxed and respectful household. Evenings are usually spent chilling, chit chatting, cooking, or watching TV. The flat isn’t massive, so we’re mindful about keeping things quiet nearer to bedtime. Weekends are a lot more laid back then.
Go crazy if needs be. We just want someone sound that will gel well with us.
Spacious outdoor balcony overlooking the road.
No issues of mould etc, renovated not too long ago.
We all do our bit to keep the place clean and tidy, and we’re looking for someone who’s equally considerate about noise and general cleanliness.
Location: Lidl is right across the road for shopping. Burgess park is also very close along with bus routes going right into the city.
Bills aren't included, it roughly comes to around £100-£110. Rough breakdown:
Council Tax - £50ish pps
Wifi - £9ish pps
Water £19ish pps
Electricity/Gas -£35ish pps
Rent is usually paid on the 1st of the month so if you are moving in mid June I will pro rate the rent for you.
Documents Required:
ID (and right to rend code if applicable)
3 months payslips + bank statements
