Hi there! We're looking for a new flatmate to join our friendly household in Bermondsey . The tenancy starts on September 28th, so we're hoping to find someone who's ready to move in soon🏃‍♀️

The Location: the flat is just a 3 mins away from Bermondsey station (Jubilee Line) and about a 6-minute walk to the River. The walk to Tower Bridge is absolutely beautiful, especially in the evening! 🙌

The Flat: It’s a four-bedroom flat, but we keep one room spare for visitors, which is super handy. You'll have your own spacious double room on the second floor, along with your own private bathroom on the floor below. The flat has a bright, open living room and a well-equipped kitchen and a garden.

Your Room: The room comes furnished with a double bed, a small desk, a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe. The rent is £1,382 per month plus bills (heating is already included). As you can see in the picture, the room is MASSIVE! 😎

The Flatmates: You'll be living with Dome (30, a policy fellow at KCL) and my boyfriend Moi (33, analytics engineer in finance). We're a relaxed and welcoming, we enjoy spending time together in the kitchen, going for drinks (there’s plenty of options around!! 🍸🍹🍻) or just a relaxing conversation. We're would like to get to know you well but we also respect each other's personal space. We're looking for someone who is clean, tidy, and has a similar chilled-out vibe.🧘‍♀️
