Hi there! We're looking for a new flatmate (or a couple) to join our lovely household in Bermondsey. The tenancy starts on August 1st (flexible), so we're hoping to find someone who's ready to move in soon. This is also open to short-term lets for a couple of months until we find our long term flatmate.

The Location: the flat is just a 3 mins away from Bermondsey station (Jubilee Line) and about a 6-minute walk to the River. The walk to Tower Bridge is absolutely beautiful, especially in the evening! 🙌

The Flat: It’s a four-bedroom flat, but we keep one room spare for visitors, which is super handy. You'll have your own spacious double room on the second floor, along with your own private bathroom. The flat has a bright, open living room and a well-equipped kitchen and a garden.

Your Room: The room comes furnished with a double bed, a small desk, a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe. The rent is £1,140 (per person if it's a couple) or £1,350 per month incl bills (for one person).

The Flatmates: You'll be living with Dome (31, a researcher at KCL) and Moi (34, analytics engineer in finance). We're a relaxed and welcoming, we enjoy spending time together in the kitchen, going for drinks (there’s plenty of options around!! 🍸🍹🍻) or just a relaxing conversation. We're would like to get to know you well but we also respect each other's personal space. We're looking for someone who is clean, tidy, and has a similar chilled-out vibe.🧘‍♀️
