Zone 1 sublet - 8 mins to London Bridge Station

Hello! I'm subletting my en-suite bedroom for £1,300 per month for two months but with a strong possibility to extend to 3 months.

I'm just moving back to Ireland temporarily and need someone to fill the room while I'm at home. We're ideally looking for someone fairly clean and you'd be living with a really cool Kiwi girl.

The room is available from the 27th September until the end of November but as I said above, there's a strong chance that it'll be available for December as well.

•⁠ ⁠You’ll have your own en suite bathroom
•⁠ ⁠Desk in the room for you to work
•⁠ ⁠Gated and very quiet area. There are offices behind us but they are a bit further away, so there’s no noise!
•⁠ ⁠Washing machine
•⁠ ⁠Dishwasher

Bermondsey Street is less than 5 mins away as well which has loads of great cafes, restaurants, some wine bars, pubs etc.

Planning to do viewings next Sunday the 21st September and Monday the 22nd September.
