Double room with Ensuite available in Bermondsey

Hi!
I have a room available in lovely 2-bed flat in Bermondsey (SE1) from October 18th.

About the room:
The room is 1300£ excluding bills. Council tax is 116£ each and gas/electricity and WiFi make up 30£ together! The double bedroom has a large ensuite and comes with a spacious wardrobe but is otherwise unfurnished. It is also the biggest bedroom of the two rooms, so perfect if you do wfh!

About the flat:
The flat comes with a newly refurbished and modern kitchen with a spacious living room! Also the flat has a concierge, a lift, dishwasher + a courtyard outside! There is also a small little balcony attached to my room.

The flat is right next to Tower Bridge, 12-15 min walk away from London Bridge station and the underground and a 8 min walk from Bermondsey station. It is also conveniently located few steps away from the Bermondsey beer mile! There is also a Co-op right around the corner and a Tesco 5 min away! Other than that there are loads of nice food/drink places nearby (Bermondsey street, Maltby street market and Bermondsey Spa).

About me:
I’m 24 and originally from Norway but currently work in tech and my office is in Farringdon! I usually go in 4-5 times a week into the office! Depending on the days.

I am easy and love a good pub night, but would also be in for going out as well as a chill and wholesome night in! I’m into running, and generally being active! I am always down to explore more around London and to try/go to new places.

I am looking for a sociable, clean and tidy person who wants to be more than just a flatmate! But also someone who is respectable of other people’s space!
