Lovely double bedroom in Bermondsey!

Hi! Our flatmate Marta is sadly leaving our flat, so we are looking for someone to replace her.

The flat is absolutely lovely, very spacious with separate kitchen and living room, 3 bedrooms, one bathroom and one toilet. And lots of storage space!

The room up for rent is pretty big (see photos), with double bed, and a big wardrobe and desk that my flatmate can sell to the new tenant.

The flat itself is located in a quiet road and has an excellent location, and it’s 2 mins walk to a Tesco and 6 mins walk to Bermondsey tube station. It’s also a 15 min walk to London Bridge train station.

The other tenants would be myself (Gilda) and Oskar, 32 and 30 years old respectively, both professionals working in office jobs. We go to the office once or twice a week and work from home the rest of the time. We both love hiking, reading and have a few other interests too.

We are looking for another easygoing professional who will respect the home and the other flatmates, who will enjoy a chat over a meal but also have their own things going on. We like to keep the place tidy and have a weekly rota for cleaning. While we all have guests from time to time, please note this isn’t a party flat.

The contract is on a monthly rolling basis through an agency, there is no break clause however we are looking for someone who will be looking to stay long term (one year or potentially more). Marta has been here for 4 years and Oskar and I have been here for 3 years - just shows what a lovely flat it is!

The room is £990 per month, and bills are shared equally (about £120-130 per month).
