Looking for another housemate for our social lovely household!

It's a HUGE double room in a flat split across two floors. It gets a lot of natural light, courtesy of our windows that span both floors. For the past 2.5 years I've shared the room with my girlfriend and it has been more than spacious enough for us. The neighbours are incredibly friendly. The landlord is is very responsive and deals with issues immediately when they arise.

We're a 8 minute walk from south bermondsey station (gets you to london bridge in 4 mins) and 20 mins walk from bermondsey and surrey quays for the jubilee line/ overground!

The house has a lovely bright lounge and kitchen, and a balcony!

I've loved living in this flat and am only leaving because I'm buying somewhere, so need someone to take over my room and move in with my amazing housemates.

Move in date/ first rent payment 1st October. The tenancy ends on April 4th, but we’re currently in talks about starting a new contract with whoever moves in - so could be a full year!

Rent is £1000 per month.
