We’ve got a lovely double room coming up in our flat in Bermondsey. Perfect if you’re after a social but relaxed home.

The room comes with a double bed, big closet, desk + chair.. You’ll share the bathroom with just one other person.

The flat itself has:

a big shared kitchen + living room (great for cooking, chatting, or watching something together)

private terrace for BBQs or chilling outside

calm neighborhood, but super well-connected:
• 10–15 min walk to Bermondsey station (Jubilee line)
• 10 min to South Bermondsey trains
• 3 min to buses

loads of shops & spots nearby (ASDA superstore, pubs, a board game café, and more)

About us:

Euan (35): running, reading, pub trips, works in UK Gov

Alex (25): cooking, music, pints, reading, works in local government

Ollie (25): works in edtech, into running, hiking, outdoors, cooking & baking

We’re a friendly, social flat, people hang out in the living room sometimes, but everyone also has their own thing going on.

Rent is £880 + around £120 bills (covers wifi, tax, cleaner every 2 weeks, etc.)
Contract runs until 6 April 2026, with option to extend

We’d love to hear a bit about you, your hobbies, and what you’re looking for in a shared flat. We’ll be doing viewings / meet-ups on Thu 25th or Tue 30th in the evening.
