Nice flat in central Bermondsey seeking flatmate

Hi all!
I’ve secured a very nice 2b1b flat in central Bermondsey. This has become my favorite neighborhood to live in London, being close to Southbank Centre, London bridge (30min easy access to Gatwick airport) and many museums, galleries as well as shops and parks nearby. The flat is 3 mins walk from Monmouth coffee and a couple of other hangout spaces for food and laptop work that I tuck as my own hidden gems of Bermondsey!
I’m an established working professional in the global film&tv business. As most Londoners, I have a busy work and life schedule and I tend to travel out of the country 2-3 times a year. I’m currently leading a minimalist lifestyle in London as I chose to disown many stuff that’s not so important for me at this stage of life. The items I own most is prob some cooking equipment. And something great about this flat is that it has a spacious standalone kitchen which is different from most open-plan kitchens in London. Whenever I have free time, I’d like to cook my own food and eat fresh and healthy etc.
I’m looking for someone who’s respectful and considerate, someone who’s decently clean and tidy but not overdoing. Weekly cleaning can be share between us and we take reasonable care with the flat in that we always clean after ourselves in kitchen and bathroom, so that we keep a nice living space of our own that we could call “home”.

I’m easy-going considerate individual. Usually very quiet as im on my computer and books a lot, but I also always appreciate conversations. We can start from being good flatmates and perhaps even friends if we’re on similar wavelengths!
