I am leasing this cozy flat and am looking for a flatmate to rent out the smaller room (see pic of the room with the pink curtains, not the red).
Some key points:
• Looking for someone to move in ASAP (from 18 October onwards).
• I am flexible with your move out date being anywhere between mid June - October.
• The room comes furnished and with a double bed.
• The lease will be a sublease as I have already agreed with the landlord to rent the entire flat. I will be running checks via the estate agent I used.
• Happy to rent out to a student but you will have to split council tax.
• Ideally (but price dependent), I would like to get a cleaner in on a bi-weekly basis. This isn’t a deal breaker for me though if your budget doesn’t allow this.
About me:
I am a trainee solicitor & often work long hours (I WFH once or twice a week max atm) so will not always be around but would love a friendly vibe around the flat.
I enjoy cooking, hikes, watching tv, travelling, trying new cafes & restaurants and the very occasional night out 😊
I really value living in a nice home so will be looking to bring some more personality into the place as soon as I am moved in lol 🌿🪩🖼️📚🪴
