Bright Double Room in Bermondsey House Share

Hello, we’re looking for a new housemate to join our lovely home in Bermondsey. The room is available from the 14 November 2025.

The room is £687.50 per month, not including bills, which come in around £100 each month. The tenancy runs to April 2026 with option to extend beyond that.

The room is a large double, with good light and storage. The house has 4 other bedrooms, a spacious kitchen and separate lounge, garden and 2 full bathrooms.

We are very well connected, just a few minutes from Bermondsey tube station (Jubilee line) and bus stops. The Thames is a one minute walk away and there’s lots of pubs, cafes and restaurants in the area.

A bit about us and what we’re looking for. We’re a queer/lgbtq+ friendly household looking for someone 27+ (no couples) that is tidy and chill. We all have quite busy schedules so it’s not a party house but really enjoy having a friendly atmosphere, a chat, drink together and the occasional dinner.

Abi (33 - she/her) - works at a coffee roasters full time and is also a musician

Alex (27- he/him) - works in radio, enjoys cycling and volunteers at a local bike shop on the weekends

Aga (30 - she/her) - architect who enjoys art, theatre and gardening

Usva (36- they/them) - nonbinary, nerdy artist and art educator
