You'll be sharing the flat with a couple (my partner and I).
About us:
I'm Scarlett, dual national British/ South African, work as a freelance researcher. Enjoy pole dancing, cycling, coffee shops and exploring London
My partner - Giedrius (or G), is a software engineer, Lithuanian. Enjoys cycling, skiing, running and gym.
We're looking for someone who would like to get to know us, so we're all friends rather than strangers living together.
Cleanliness is important to us too, but we're not going to be the police about it- just clean up after yourself
The room is large with a double ottoman bed for storage and there’s a work station perfect for working from home. You have your own private ensuite. Flat has dishwasher and general kitchen appliances. There’s a lovely balcony for coffee in the Summer.
Rent is £900 and bills are roughly £130, councel tax D
Loads of shops close by, with huge ASDA over the road. Lots of coffee shops around and 2 parks - Burgess and Southwark. Flat is extremely quiet. There’s also a bike safe in the building if needed.
The flat is in South Bermondsey and is a 25 min walk from Bermondsey station - there are plenty of buses, but keep this in mind when planning your commute.
