Spacious and bright room in Bermondsey

Hi,

We are currently looking for a friendly flatmate for our cosy house in South Bermondsey.

No couples, please.

We are about 10 minutes walking distance from South Bermondsey station, 15 minutes walking from Bermondsey tube station and 5 minutes walking from Malt Street bus stop (next to ASDA) with great bus connections to central London.

The house comes with an amazing garden we all look after, a kitchen with some living space and a garage, where you can store your bike.

The room is unfurnished, so ideal when you have your own furniture. The only thing that stays is the black shelf (on the right-hand side of the picture). We also have 2 self-standing clothing rails if you wish, and we can get a new mattress as well if needed.

We are professionals, so we respect our free time, but occasionally we like to have a party, get louder or spend some time together (dancing in the kitchen). And we are looking for someone who would help us to build this friendly, homey atmosphere.
A clean space is important to all of us.
We are all smokers, but none of us ever smokes inside the house- only in the garden.

All bills (excluding TV licence) are included, as well as a cleaner 4 times a month to help us maintain common areas.

We share regular household expenses, like cleaning products and toilet paper.

Usual rent for this room is £880, but as we have one couple currently living in the house, the rent is £830 a month. In case they move out (no plans for now), the rent will be back to £880.

Please note that once a year, in August, we are expecting small price increases, as per agency fees (so far it hasn't been more than a £25 increase a month).
