Hey girlies, looking for a new girl to join our flat and take over my part of the lease.
The flat:
- Large furnished double bedroom with access to the flat’s private patio (each room has own access)
- Bright spacious living room with tons of natural light
- Dining space
- Semi-separate kitchen (+dishwasher)
- 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite) so you will share with 1 other girl.
- The room is available from mid December (can be flexible) with the lease being up for renewal in early March.
The area:
- 8 minute walk from Bermondsey station
- ~10 minute walk to Surrey Quays station
- Many nearby bus links
- 2 minute walk to Puregym
- 2 minute walk to Southwark Park
About us:
We're in our mid twenties (25-27) and love exploring London, going to exercise classes, cooking and travel. We love a wholesome evening in with nice dinners and games and also the occasional night out. Sadly I am leaving the flat as I am quitting my job and going travelling. Very sad to be leaving these girls so hoping to find a lovely replacement.
About you:
We would love another girl to join the house who is roughly a similar age and also a working professional x
