A cozy room with private bathroom in Bermondsey!

I am looking for someone to take over my lease as I am unexpectedly relocating for a job. Move out date ideally early Dec but could be flexible!

The rent is 1140/month with all bills. It is a double room with ample storage space (which i like the most), a desk, a modern bathroom of your own right outside the room!

Kitchen/living room is shared, it is quite spacious and it has a small balcony attached (helpful for ventilation!). A wahsing machine(dryer), an oven, and a dishwasher also in the kitchen. There is a cleaning lady coming in biweekly who cleans the communal spaces and the bathrooms. (Not included in the bill, +24 per month)

Location-wise, it is a 10-15 minute walk from the Bermondsey underground station (Jubilee line), also not far from South Bermondsey train station.

There’s an Iceland, Tesco, local grocery stores and a Savers close by which is super convenient. Also 10 mins away from the gorgeous Southwark park which is great for a run/stroll!

My current lease is till September 20th 2026 so I am looking for someone who is willing to take over my lease. You can talk with the landlord directly if you wanna extend afterwards. Flatmates are all quite tidy and quiet, lovely people!
