Room In SE1 With Large Garden

Hi there!

I’m looking for someone to take over my room in our amazing zone 1 Bermondsey/Borough house :)

About the Room:
The room is cozy, keeps warm in winter, and is fully furnished. It doesn't have a desk but there is a table in the lounge which can be used for wfh days. There is a small spare room in the house to store more belongings. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with 1 other flatmate.

About the House:
The house has an open plan kitchen and lounge and a large garden for summer BBQs. We are 10/15 minutes from Borough tube station or London Bridge station and are close to several bus routes.

You’ll be living with Riva (30) and Alireza (31). Riva works in a museum as an archaeological conservator and is an excellent cook in her spare time. Alireza is a software engineer and enjoys running and his new motorbike.

Everyone takes turns cooking and cleaning, and we also share a fruit and veg oddbox every week. The living room and kitchen is where everyone gathers to talk about their day, plan the next celebration and eat dinner together.
Kitchen comes fully equipped with common utensils, spices, cookware etc. You get your own cupboard.

The garden is North facing and shared with our friendly neighbours. We all take care of it together, and during the sunny season, expect frequent BBQs. If you are a lively person, keen on cultivating quality time at home, outgoing but not a (house)party animal, this place is for you!

The main house language is English but also a little Russian and Dutch.

About You:
Don’t mind who you are as long as you are clean, respectful & easy-going (the usual stuff).

Rent Details:
The monthly rent is £880 + bills. Move-in date: 1st January.
Council Tax Band is D with approximately £40 a month per person.
