I am subletting my room in our big beautiful house with three floors and a cute garden in Bermondsey until at least April. We’re looking for a fun and sociable housemate to join our queer creative household !

- Move in date: Anytime after 24th November
- £710 pcm
- Bills come to around £100 including internet, gas, electric, council tax

- Spacious double room with lots of storage space
- Room comes with the bed, mattress, desk, chair, bedside table, built-in wardrobe
- Cute living space with lots of natural light
- Decent sized kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine
- 2 bathrooms with showers
- Lovely garden to have cute dinners in

Location:
- 10 min bus/cycle to Elephant and Castle, and London Bridge
- Lots of frequent buses, and bus routes including 53, 63, 172, 543, and Bakerloop
- Right next to big tesco
- Literally on Old Kent Road so bunch of shops
- Super close to Burgess Park

💃 Housemates:
- 5 altogether including you!
- Sociable and sweet bunch aged 24-26
- You’ll be living with Priya (25) chef, loves making sourdough and going to a cute pub. Marta (24) barista, loves swimming, reading and writing. Robbie (25) project manager, aussie who loves fashion and going to cool gigs. Rosa (24) works in communications, loves climbing and going to queer nights.
- We’re all friends, and love hosting dinners, and having the occasional parties so would love someone who would get involved
