Garden facing ensuite-room available

Hello everyone :)

We are looking to welcome someone new to our 3ppl flatshare right at leathermarket gardens. Our friend Simon is sadly moving out bc of new work and his room will be available as of 21 of December.

The room is 1175£/ month
Bills are not included. It’s a double room with en-suite which comes fully furnished with a bed, a desk, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

The flat is in a quiet neighborhood, a 5 min walk away from the London Bridge Station. There are a bunch of cute coffee and restaurant places just nearby. Our personal favorite is the morocco bound book store :))

You would be living with Jael and Noé both in their mid twenties and just recently moved to london.
